英语招聘启事三步速成

英语招聘启事属于应用文体写作,是高考英语作文的一大重点.这类作文的写作大致可分为三步,现结合具体考例讨论如下：

一、高考真题

二、写作三步法

Step1：总说招聘职位基本信息

用一句话总说要招聘的职位,涵盖招聘的基本信息,包括三个方面的内容：招聘单位,招聘对象（如是男还是女,是留学生还是外国人,是志愿者还是等）,工作内容.要求语言简洁,用词精准.如：

Step2：详细展开岗位职责和要求

岗位职责（responsibilities）是工作内容的具体化,在分述岗位职责时要注意条理化,避免杂乱和遗漏.岗位要求（requirements）是对招聘对象履行岗位职责的具体条件和要求,包括品质要求、能力要求、学历要求等.在分述岗位要求时注意对零碎事实的串并处理,防止堆砌.

在讨论福利待遇时应避免使用人作主语,宜使用被动句,用物作主语.在提供时注意表达规范.
