通用电气作为世界的五百强企业之一,是世界上最大的多元化怎么写作企业.在通用电气流行着这样一句话:梦想启动未来.它的精神所在使它从一个小作坊成为今天在世界经济的舞台上起到举足轻重的企业.到目前为止通用电气已经在中国建立了三十多家不同的经营实体,带领着一万二千多人的员工团队.

在通用电气每个员工都有很强的归属感,它不存在职位的高贵的卑微,从老板到一般的车间工人都是平等的.每个部门就是一个小团队,团队成员彼此互帮互助,充分发挥团队合作精神.

第一章简介

企业背景

通用电气航空系统(苏州)有限公司是世界500强企业美国通用电气公司旗下航空集团投资的独资企业.苏州厂房占地3.2公顷,新建厂房面积18600平方米,可立刻投入生产采用先进技术的复合材料部件以及进行机械制造加工,结构件装配等.苏州工厂将为波音,空客以及我国支线飞机提供零部件.

公司始终把员工作为业务成功的关键因素,尊重员工价值,注重员工的培训.

为此公司安排此次拓展训练课程,并通过此次拓展培训达到如下目的:

通过培训让员工感受到企业关爱和公司大家庭的温暖,增强员工归属感与荣誉感,

为参训员工提供良好的沟通氛围,建立情感交流的平台,消除沟通屏障,

深入了解组织和团队其他成员,为今后工作开展创造良好的工作氛围,

重新认识自我与团队,快速完成角色定位,发挥个人特长并使之作用于团队,谋求

团队共赢,

通过拓展训练,在参训学员之间形成团结,友爱,互助,协作的工作氛围,提升队凝聚力,打造高效团队.

第二章准备阶段

2.1会议讨论

背景:自公司成立以来,在2年多的时间里,公司的业绩蒸蒸日上,这一切都功劳都属于我们的辛勤的员工.为此公司决定举办一次活动,一方面帮助员工释放工作压力,另一方面使员工能更好的培养团队合作精神,增进员工之间的理解和沟通,从而令我们的员工能以更好的精神面貌去投入到我们的工作中去.

时间:2016年2月10日09:00-10:30

参与人员:刘训青(Michelle)):恩,我朋友去玩过.

Josie:对了,那你觉得这个活动怎么样

Michelle:是否只有这一项活动呢

Josie:对.

Michelle:我觉得这不行,如果要进行一天的射击游戏会使人无聊和疲劳,更多的是,我觉得花这个钱不值.

Josie:哦,那您有什么意见吗

Michelle:我听说过在西山有一个绿光农场,那里环境好,视野开阔.我们能尽情的享受大自然的美好.你觉得怎么样

Josie:这主意不错,我们可以进行野外的活动.

Michelle:那让我们来着手准备一下吧.

总结:通过一个半小时的讨论,结合公司的实际情况,我们初步觉得选择西山的绿光农场为我们此次活动的场所.

刘:王先生,您好,今天我想具体跟您讨论一下我们公司的活动方案.

王:刘小姐,我已经根据你们的要求,结合你们的实际情况帮你们制定了一份活动策书,我想请您过目一下.

刘:策划书我之前已从您秘书发给我的邮件中看过,我现在想和你探讨一下,我们需要改进的几个方面.一:活动项目过少,二:需要增加一些有挑战性的项目.三:你们的活动的报价太高,能否再优惠点.

王:可以,由于你们这次的活动主要是为了增进团队合作能力,我们现在新设计了几个项目,需要我们的培训人员有一定的创造性和动手能力.活动费用的话,我们可以适当减免些费用,新的报价我已经重新计算过.请过目.

刘:这几个项目都不错.报价我们也能接受.希望我们的合作能愉快.

第三章具体项目的实施

3.1制定活动行程表(2016年6月20日)

07:30全体参与人员到制定的集中地点集合

07:40等每个车队的队长确认人数到其后,出发,驶向活动地点.

08:30全体人员到达活动地点,举办开营仪式.

08:40-09:15分组,选队长,起队名,唱对歌.

09:20-09:40热身小游戏("亲亲抱抱","采花游戏")

10:00-10:30大浪淘沙

10:50-11:30水车大战

12:00-12:30午休,吃饭

13:00-14:00水上作战

14:10-16:00自由活动,水果采摘

16:30-18:00篝火晚会,才艺表演

选出最佳表现奖,最佳人气奖,最佳才艺奖等

3.2活动物品的采购

3.3组织意外事故处理

成员:刘训青,李怡青

负责项目:

刘训青:主要负责培训人员意外的受伤,进行简单的急救措施.

李怡青:主要负责严重意外事故的发生,及时与医院和有关部门取得联系.

注意事项的制定

心理准备:

积极主动参于训练活动,祝成功为目的.

愿意尽自己最大努力接受各种考验和测试.

维护良好的团队士气,诚恳助人,勇于负责.

主动沟通,交流训练感受.

注意事项:

参训人员在训练期间须接受拓展公司的管理,不可随意更改既定训练方式和计划.

参训单位在训练期间不得出现人员较大变动,有变动须及时与我们进行有效沟通,确保训练的顺利实现.

训练期间禁止带入违禁物品,毒品,严禁.

私自离队,特别情况须向领队请检测.

患高血压,心脏病的学员请提前证明,患传染病者严禁参加.

个人贵重物品自行保管.

注意安全,遵守团队纪律,集体行动,不得擅自离队.

所有参训队员在拓展活动期间请自备服装,运动鞋(以运动休闲为主)

切勿穿皮鞋,西服,裙装参加.

第四章活动的进行

4.1开营仪式

时间:2016年6月20日,08:30

具体过程:

经理讲话:

今天我们全体三百多名职工集聚在西山绿光农场,我谨代表公司感谢大家的热情参与.我希望在为期一天的活动中,我们所有的员工能充分发扬公司的团队合作精神和创新能力.使我们的此次活动能够圆满的进行.

4.2组建团队

根据自愿组合的形式,分为10个小组,每组30个队员.选出每对的队长.

队长风采展示:

队长要用自己的语言包括肢体语言向所有参加培训的伙伴介绍自己,展示自己.

队名解释:

由队长或队长推选一名代表出列,向所有的其他小队解释本小队的队名的含义和特色,或解释队名代表什么.

队歌合唱:

本小队的成员一起合唱队歌(该歌曲是本组成员自行创作或根据原有歌曲改编而成).

口号呐喊:

本小队队长带领本组的成员一起喊出能够激励本队成员一起奋发拼搏的口号,这个口号将激励大家完成所有的挑战项目.

4.3具体培训活动的开展

09:20-09:40热身小游戏("亲亲抱抱","采花游戏")

游戏道具:无

活动形式:全体参与

游戏规则:全体参加人员围成一个圆圈,根据指导员说报的花的数量男女自由组合围成小圆圈男女数量相加要等于花的数量(女生:代表2朵花,男生:代表1朵花)

目的:迅速调动活动气氛,形成积极和谐的团队气氛

10:00-10:30大浪淘沙

游戏道具:彩旗,白板笔

活动形式:分组讨论.

游戏规则:在指导员的要求下分为五组,选出每队的队长和队秘,依据每对队员的性格特点,充分发挥想象力,选出队名,口号,及表演项目.由指导员选出最具特色的一队.

目的:组建团队角色,形成团队文化,展示退队和风采.

10:50-11:30水车大战

游戏道具:竹竿,气球,麻绳.

活动形式:全体参与

游戏规则:根据已给的图纸,用竹竿和麻绳搭建出一架水车,把装满水后的气球当,攻击敌人.命中率最高的为胜利者.

目的:学会合理利用资源,加强团队合作和沟通,体会心灵的默契是团队合作的最高境界.

12:00-12:30午休,吃饭

13:00-14:00水上作战

游戏道具:皮划艇,救生圈,船桨

活动形式:分组对抗

游戏规则:每组队员选出8名代表,在一定距离的水面上进行划船比赛

目的:深刻体会团队目标的实现需要每个成员的共同合作,增加动作的协调性,增进彼此情感地交流

14:10-16:00自由活动,水果采摘

16:30-18:00篝火晚会,才艺表演

选出最佳表现奖,最佳人气奖,最佳才艺奖等

目的:体验团员间的合作共赢.懂得赞美和宽容是团队合作的基石.体验团队共同攻克难关的和喜悦.增强集体观和荣誉感.

Q1:调查情况显示,多数员工对此次活动还是持肯定态度.但仍然有小部分员工对本次活动颇有微词.

Q2:本次活动是严格按照拓展训练要求制定并执行的,每个人完成训练的程度不同,所以绝大部分的同事选择了比较合理.

Q3:每年举行一次类似的活动是受到大多数员工的支持.极少部分员工选择较短频率开展活动.

Q4:由于参加此次活动人数较多,满足了绝大多数员工的合理要求,所以员工对负责人工作的满意程度较高.

Q5:从以往拓展训练在全球的普及和推崇程度,以及本表显示的情况,反映出员工能从此类活动中得到能力的提升,所以员工对开展此类活动觉得很有意义.

Q6:通过调查表的显示,很多员工从活动中增加了团队意识,和员工的团队合作的意识,但是对于沟通等其他方面还是需要改进.

Q7:本调查表显示,员工更希望得到的是与家人之间的沟通和亲情的交融.因此对开展家庭日活动表现出极大的热情.

Q8:出于公司的实际情况的考虑,活动地点的选择也是具有局限性的.所以很多员工对活动地点的安排不是很满意.

Q9:员工一:希望公司能够延长培训的时间,真正做到劳逸结合,使员工能在活动中释放压力.

员工二:公司是否能在活动开始前广泛收集员工的不同意见,从而制定更加合理的活动项目.

员工三:希望公司在今后的活动中能让员工的家属也参加进来,使员工更能体会到公司大家庭的氛围以及温暖.

5.2活动总结

这次活动意义在于让人们走出办公室,让他们走进,如一个不常见的环境中.这是一个人们可以穿着,行为随意的地方.在这些情况下,遗忘,因此了真正的自我.真正的态度和行为往往会改变我们活动总结如下计划周密,内容丰富制定了总体执行方案活动目的是引导广大员工在展现员工精神风貌的同时,营造员工的和谐氛围进一步树立良好的社会形象,为企业的良好持续发展打好基础组织有力,方法得当据统计,把活动内容贯穿于生产经营活动之中本次文化节活动因为是初次举办,因此活动组成不够紧凑,活动内容还不够丰富部分内容虽然较容易操作,但较缺乏深入内涵.个别单位活动重视程度参差不齐,活动开展也不平衡活动的宣传力度还有待于进一步加强总之,活动的开展是为了推进企业文化建设,虽然还处于摸索阶段,但的举办锻炼了员工的意志力,创新力,协作凝聚力,展示了员工的精神风貌,我们会在今后的工作中继续加强对企业文化建设工作的探索,为企业经营发展打好文化的基础.
