二、培养目标和要求

本专业培养掌握行政管理理论,具备行政管理的基本素质和能力,能够熟练掌握和运用现代行政管理理论,手段,技术与方法,在党政机关,社会管理部门,行业管理部门,企事业单位从事行政管理工作和行政管理研究的德智体美全面发展,基础宽厚,作风严谨,适应性强,具有较强创新创业能力的复合型人才.

三、培养规格及基本要求

本专业与公共事业管理专业实行大类培养模式,前两年按公共管理大类培养,后两年分专业培养.

本专业学生主要学习以现代行政管理科学为核心的基本理论和基本知识,接受从事行政管理的基本素质,基本能力,基本方法的培养和训练,能够胜任行政管理的一般理论研究与实际操作工作,并能够成为某一具体领域的专业化管理者和政策分析者.

知识要求:数量分析和统计知识,计算机基础及管理应用知识,政治学和行政学基础知识,管理学基础知识,经济学基础知识,行政管理基础知识,行政管理实务知识,方法工具知识等.

能力要求:从事行政管理的理论研究能力,掌握先进管理方法及技术,具有规划,协调,组织和决策等方面的基本能力,具有较强的创新能力.

素质要求:具备现代行政管理的理论素养,具有较强的公共怎么写作意识,政策水平和法规意识,德智体美全面发展,基础宽厚,作风严谨,适应性强.

本专业与公共事业管理专业实行公共管理大类培养方式,前两年按大类培养,后两年分专业培养.专业申报按自愿原则,在专业人数不平衡时由相关部门根据学生成绩调剂安排,优先考虑成绩排前位的学生志愿.

2,通识课程选修说明

通识课程选修课包括推荐选修课程和自由选修课程,学生可根据素质培养和专业发展的需要在规定的知识领域内选修课程,并符合规定的各知识领域的选修学分数.

注1:通识教育(计算机信息类)课程实行分级教学,具体安排如下:

注2:高考英语成绩居我校入学英语成绩排名前30%的新生,入学后可参加学校统一组织的英语水平测试,笔试及口试均达到优秀的学生,可免修"英语2"和"英语4".

注3:"军事理论"课除21学时外还有15学时安排在军训期间进行.

注4:"形势与政策"课每学期16学时,每学期考核一次,该课程总成绩为各学年考核平均成绩.

注5:"职业发展与就业指导"分散在第1,4,5(6),7学期,分别为12,4,16和6学时.

ThiajorandthemajorofPublicUtilitiesManagementimplementcategory-basedtrainingmodel.Thefirsttwoyears'trainingfocusesonpublicmanagement,andinthenexttwoyears,thetrainingwillbediversifiedaccordingtodifferentmajors.
