Abstracts：Currently,thevalueofthesupplychainhasbeenrecognizedbymostofChineseenterprises,mostpaniesregardeditasthecoreobjectiveofbusinessdevelopment.Themembersinthechainofsupplyworksharedresourcesandinterests,mutualtrust,whichgainsgreatadvantageforthemintheirtradesandmarket.Inordertomakegooduseofresources,creategreaterprofitorshareholders,meetthebetterneedsofusers,Theemphasesofthemanagementofsupplychainshouldtranertothesupplychainoptimization(SCO)fromtheimprovementofproductsandservices.Thedevelopmentdirectionofsupplychainmanagementwillfocusontheoptimizationoftheexternalstructure,cooperationofthemembers,tranormationofthetraditionalwrokstructures.Supplychainoptimizationhasbeethecoreissuesofdevelopment.Asabinationofsupplychainande-merce,thee-supplychainmadeSCOpleted.supplychainmanagementstudyinchinahasjuststarted.Inthepast,domesticenterpriseocusedtheelectronicssupplychainmainlyonsuppliers,whichisonlyaallsectionofthesupplychain,thecontentsofthestudyaremainlyrestrictedtothechoiceofproviderandpositioning,lowercosts,qualitycontrol,guaranteethecontinuityandeconomicissueorelectronicsupplychain,notconsideredasawholeprocesromsuppliers,distributors,retailerstoend-users.thestudyalsodidnotconsiderthestrategicissueorelectronicsupplychainmanagement.Therefore,wecansaythatinourcountrythereisnorealsenseoftheelectronicssupplychain,electronicsupplychainmanagementresearchandapplicationareveryinadequate.Itisalsofacedwithproblemsandobstaclesincludingthelimitationsoftheelectronicssupplychainresearch,theincorrectevaluationforelectronicssupplychainandthepoormatchfore-businessenterpriseanizations.ThispaperusedthePortervaluechainoptimizationtheory,thetheoryofperformanceevaluationforsupply,discussedtheoptimizationoftheelectronicssupplychainonmatchingrelevantfactsbetweenelectronictechnologyandenterpriseanizationalcharacteristics,howtogivetheperformanceevaluationforelectronicssupplychain,howtomatchtheanizationalstructureofenterpriseswithelectronics,bringoutthenewtacticthinkingforChina'selectronicssupplydevelopmentwithfinalusingthePorterfivemodelandpestanalysis.
