毕业设计大纲

外国语学院毕业论文格式的文本要求

撰写毕业论文要做到文字通顺,思路清晰,内容充实,并有一定的独立见解.毕业论文应控制在4000~5000英语单词毕业论文(设计)要求用word编辑,统一用A4纸印刷,各部分具体格式要求如下:

一,论文封面(在教务处网站下载)

二,中英文摘 要 : 字数约为100~200单词,中,英文摘 要 的内容要一致,均要有能反映全文主要内容的关 键 词 2—4个.

页面设置:上下各为2.5cm,左右各为2.8cm,,装订线0.5cm(居左),页眉,页脚各为1.5cm.

页眉:"聊城大学毕业论文",黑体, 5号,居中.

③英文摘 要 :"Abstract",加粗,小3号,居中.内容:Times New Roman,小4号,1.5倍行距."Key words":与正文左对齐,Times New Roman,小4号,加粗.摘 要 置于封面之后,自成一页.关 键 词 内容Times New Roman,小四,关 键 词 之间用","分开.

④中文摘 要 :"摘 要 ",中间一个空格,加粗,小3号,居中.内容:宋体,小4号,1.5倍行距. 关 键 词 :与正文左对齐,"关 键 词 ",宋体,4号,加黑.关 键 词 内容宋体,小四,关 键 词 之间用","分开.

(为求美观,先统一设定好正文内各级标题的样式,然后在正文前点击"插入"-"引用"-"索引和目录",自动生成目录

三,目录:

页面设置:上下各为2.5cm,左右各为2.8cm,装订线0.5cm,页眉,页脚各为1.5cm.

"Contents"或其他各语种适当表述,加粗,3号,居中.

③页眉:"聊城大学毕业论文",黑体, 5号,居.

④目录置于摘 要 之后,目录内容可列到正文的一,二,标题.一级标题,Times New Roman,小3号,加粗,二,三等级标题,Times New Roman, 4号加粗,1.5倍行距.

③标题:使用 "1","1.1","1.1.1"等,整篇论文一定要使用统一的格式,作为章节和段落的序号划分至多到四级.

论文内容:Times New Roman,小4号,1.5倍行距.

页码:页码编号从论文正文部分开始,用阿拉伯数字连续编页,居中, 摘 要 页和提纲页不标页码.文中如有英文缩略词或符号表,应放在中文摘 要 之后,目录之前.

页面及页眉设置同论文主体部分,参考文献正文内容:Times New Roman,5号,1.5倍行距.具体格式参考MLA格式.

致谢位于论文最后.
