Abstract： This article describes the introduced hardfacing materials. Through experiments and practices, we overe the problems of surfacing of double teeth roll crusher plate. We pleted the repair of toothed plate, ensured the size of material of breakers, reduced the operating time of preparation system, realized energy sing and consumption reducing, and achieved considerable economic and social benefits.
